Everything was great, except the tv did not work during our stay.

The view was great! Everything else was lacking. There was damage to the room that we had to send photos so we weren’t. the dryer didn’t work. All the linens were hanging in the closet, damp except for one bath towel and one hand towel each. When we asked for toilet paper, we were told that it is only supplied for the first day of our trip. If that had been clear, we would’ve bought toilet paper when we went to the store, but it wasn’t, so we didn’t. Yes, we broke a glass. We didn’t think that with all the inconveniences we were not screaming or complaining about: no one could explain the thermostat to us, made us think that maybe they wouldn’t actually charge us for the glass. It’s not the amount: it was $10. I feel like we were being as accommodating as we could, and I think you could’ve been accommodating as well. Frankly, I wouldn’t be writing this review if you would’ve handled it better.

Great location, Building Nice, Concierge Polite. The unit is tired, Cracked Glass in Kitchen, Microwave Door wouldn't open, Kitchen cupboards in really bad shape. No TV in Living area. Global Stay asked for vehicle info then offered no parking. Clear Direction re Check - in and Check - out could have been better.

This place is poorly managed. Can’t get anyone on the phone with any real authority. Place was dirty. Sheets in the dryer. Moody smell. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty carpets that need replacing. Cleaning supplies left in closet. Checking in you have to awkwardly coordinate via email or WhatsApp and then a lady meets you on the lobby to give you keys who doesn’t really speak English. Any complaints during your stay will go without being addressed . It anything it will be after. We stayed twice because I wasn’t able to get a refund . All their replies are nonsense as you can tell by the SAME complaints still being made/ The ONLY thing good about this place is the location. Honestly spend an extra few bucks a night and stay somewhere else. This is NOT worth it. Anyone who has written 5 stars are delusional or have extremely low expectations.

The bed was up against the wall making it very difficult for one of the persons to get in or out of the bed as the area was confined. We had trouble with the key and no help was available until I threatened a bad review . We could not lock our door that night

I loved the area and the hotel. It has a gym and the property was very clean. It was so easy to book an UBER or just walk to the local restaurants or bars, so no need for a rental. The only complaints that I would have is the mattress was sagging to middle and needs to be replaced. Also, although the light in the bathroom was beautiful, it was dim and hard to do makeup. I would suggest some USB electrical outlets so people have access to charge their belongings. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

No WIFI, no TV chanels. No hand soap. Shower gel hiden in the bathroom cabinet with other cleaning chemicals. Loundry machine full of linen from previous costumer, do not know if it was clean or not, could not put the towels, we used, to wash it Moldy smell of “ clean” towels in the washroom.

This hotel asks for a security deposit through paypal and doesn’t let you cancel the reservation which made things suspicious, but I got my deposit back so I was relieved. The area is super nice. When I got to the room, there were wet bedsheets hanging in the closet and there was also wet towels and stuff in the laundry, which caused a bad smell. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

The apartment is in a lovely building on the 10th floor, so we had a gorgeous view. The apartment was exactly as described. It's located in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops, in easy walking distance to the university and more. Make sure you read and follow the check-in instructions. We would love to come back the next time we're in Toronto.

This condo provided an affordable alternative to the hotels in the area. Nice interactions with staff. Check in was a little confusing but otherwise everything was great.

This is a short term rental. The wear and tear are showing big time. The cabinetry are falling apart, there’s mold in the grout in the bathroom. The communication and requirements “global stay” put in place are ridiculous including doing the laundry for towels (annd the washing machine was still full from what I can only assume were the previous guests) and having to take the trash out. Comms prior to stay were above and beyond the normal and I felt very uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable at all. The person coming to check me in was late and didn’t speak any English, couldn’t tell me anything like where is the gym or anything. At this price better to stay at a hotel. The location is good though

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. While I appreciated the location, I encountered quite a bit of noise both when the window was open and closed at night. Additionally, I arrived on Tuesday around 7 PM and noticed that the washer contained wet laundry the next morning. I emailed to inform you that I wouldn't be able to use the towels before my departure due to the bed sheets and towels being left in the machine. The response I received asked me to remove and fold the laundry, which I found quite surprising. Given that I was in Toronto for work and arrived in the evening, I felt this task should have been completed prior to my arrival. Although I did fold the items to be helpful, I was disappointed with this oversight. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

While I thought the property was excellent and it’s location very good and well priced, I found the check-in process to be difficult I needed to meet in someone in person. Also, I didn’t like being directed outside Expedia app to do a separate agreement with the vender including a damage deposit.

Plus d une heure d attente pour le check in. Nous arrivons dans un appartement très sympathique d aspect...un robinet coule a flot la bonde est bloquée l eau a été coupée pour des travaux généraux dans le secteur..résultat: inondation. Générale ...l appartement est complètement inutilisable...les propriétaires réagissent et en 2h 30 réussissent a résoudre le gros du problème ..le soir a 22h30 nous pouvons rentrer...certaines machines ne fonctionnent pas ..et le séjour se fait sans ces machines ..le parquet sèche enfin 24h plus tard ..mais nous n aurons pas l utilisation de certains des appareils ..nous avons demandé une compensation accordée ..nous avons demandé a Hotel.com un dédommagement d une nuit et espérons l avoir en fidèles clients ..cerise sur le gâteau le matin du départ 3 me jour sans être avertid plus d eau ..pas de douche pas de café etc etc. Nous estimons que nous aurions dû être remboursés totalement et non partiellement.lrd propriétaires n y sont pour rien ..mais le check a été mal réalisé et particulièrement on ne nous a pas rappelé pour nous assister et nous demander comment ça allait ni si l eau avait été coupée au départ ..cela fait beaucoup ..le parking ..nous n avons pas du si il était accessible on nous a laissé nous débrouiller seuls en pleine ville...singulier...pas de TV aucune chaînes !! Du jamais vu l installation ne fonctionne pas!! Nous demandons ..aucun retour!!dans l épreuve j oublié une prise murale téléphonique ..j écris 3 fois ..aucun retour
