My unit on the 16th floor was spotless. The check-in instructions were very clear, the property was easy to find. The location itself could not be better: there are various cafes, restaurants, grocery stores available, it is a short walk to the Union station and to the harbor.

It's an amazing stay! The place is extremely clean and has everything we need from the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The location is amazing as well; it is a few steps from Scotiabank Arena, where we attended a concert. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Toronto. The Rivetstay team is very responsible. We reached out with a question, and they responded immediately. Thank you! The elevator is crowded, but we did not have to wait long. It's a reasonable time to use the elevator.

Great locationin the heart of the action. This is not a hotel. They are short term rentals. If you arrive at 4pm for your check-in, it's super crowded at the elevators. You can wait up to 10 minutes to get in. They need to upgrade their cleaning staff as the condo was not super clean.

Was listed as a queen and a twin, the “twin” was a dirty mattress in the closet that they told us to set up on the kitchen floor. Parking was $80. Towels were left in the dryer. Had to fold them and put them out ourselves.

Bathroom faucet was not working properly. Bedroom light would not turn on. Overall the place was not well cleaned. Can be a pain to get to your floor as the elevators were always a very long wait, sometimes up to 15+ minutes. It was however a nice location downtown and was located close to many attractions.

I was a little apprehensive at first when I booked, because of the buildings reputation but was very impressed and pleased with the experience. It is a great location and the staff were wonderful, they gave us incredible instructions and answered any questions I had and were quick to help when I messaged them online. The room was pretty clean, it could use a little bit more of a deep clean but I honestly have no real complaints about it. The view was amazing as well, we were lucky enough to get a lake view and it made our night. I would recommend especially if you’re staying short term in Toronto and want more than just a regular hotel room.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre temps passé à cet hébergement. Les photos en ligne ne représentaient AUCUNEMENT la réalité. Tous les meubles étaient de marque IKEA les plus cheap possible et en mauvais état. De plus, le logement lui-même était en piteux état, murs craqués, trous dans les portes mal platrés, stores brisés, porte extérieure qui ne fermait pas, porte de la salle de bain partiellement arrachée et bien plus. Nous avons écrit au « support » le lendemain de notre arrivé et il nous ont répondu que tout était normal. C'est inacceptable.

I had an overall positive experience staying at this Airbnb. The location was one of the biggest highlights it was conveniently situated downtown and within easy walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was comfortable and met most of my expectations. However, I felt that the cleanliness could have been a bit better upon arrival, as a few areas appeared to need more attention. While this did not significantly impact my stay, it is an area where improvement would be appreciated. Parking was a bit confusing but after a while we got the hang of it. Overall, I would still recommend this property to future guests, especially those looking for a convenient and central location. With a few improvements to housekeeping, this could easily be a five-star stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights in July for a work trip. The location is really solid, being right near Union Station, both sports stadiums, the waterfront and the financial district. Check-in was super easy. The building itself was not the cleanest and the elevators are very slow (1 wasn't working). The unit was a decent size and decorated nicely but bring an eye mask for sleeping as the blinds are missing panels and don't fully close. It was very quiet in the unit/on the floor which is amazing! The bed was very comfortable! The sink in the bathroom didn't have any space around it so getting ready was a little tough. I would have liked to see some coffee available in the room (I rented on Expedia so expected more of a "hotel" set up), however, there is an Aroma Cafe downstairs around the corner. The reviews mentioned the unit isn't super clean and I would have to agree with that. They need to wash the walls and carpet clean the bedroom. I kept my slippers on the whole time. Generally speaking the unit was clean but more of a 3 star standard. Lastly, the communication and response time from Rivet was spot on! Super quick replies and no issues. I would stay here again without question!

Booked this hotel by mistake. I was intending to book at "Lum the Queen" but by the time I realised my mistake it was too late - 2 hotels with very similar names. I was a bit apprehensive because I could only find 1 review. Got an email with precise checkin instructions which worked perfectly. Input the code I received into a bank of lockboxes, and out came the key. We were given unit 1304, and I was totally blown away. Ultra modern apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine and dryer. Everything was there to make it a perfect stay - masses of additional towels, pillows and bedding. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Only possible downside is that the block overlooks the Gardiner Expressway so if you are very sensitive to traffic noise it might be an issue. For what we paid this was a total steal. Would definitely stay again. In fact I tried to extend our stay but they were sold out.

This listing is a scam. There is no Lum The Queen Hotel. Our reservation led us to a residential building with no info on the hotel, we had to call the number on the reservation to be given a 2nd Address to report to. This was a slummy condo type building. We were then instructed to go pick up keys from yet a 3rd different address, then to return to the 2nd address. They had no info or advice on parking, and there was no obvious place to pull in and unload luggage, so we had to go find a lot, then drag all our belongings back on 2 separate trips. Once inside, the place was a wreck. The floor boards were lifting, you had to step up over them, there was a terrible odor of wet dog (later determined to be coming from an actual dog crate that we initially thought was supposed to be a table), there was no pillows or sufficient linen for the "sofa bed" (quotes because it was a hard,dirty futon type thing, not an actual sofa bed), and the icing on the cake... the a/c was not functioning. Calls and emails provided no assistance. They sent sheets on the 2nd day, but still no pillows. The gentleman that came to look at the a/c left the apartment warmer than he found it (warmer than the outside temp), we had to sleep with the balcony open over a highway! We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left on the 2nd one. It was disgusting, now the company doesn't reply about a refund, and they haven't even returned our security deposit! It's been reported to Expedia and my credit cards.
