Lo mejor de este lugar es la locación!! cerca del muelle, la torre CN, la estacion de trenes, cientos de lugares donde ir a comer. Relacionado al condominio, necesitas comunicarte con tu contacto para que te compartan la contraseña para el acceso al edificio, si no lo tienes no podras entrar, despues de eso te entregaran un sensor que necesitas para ingresar al edificio. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero con todo lo que necesitas, cocina muy bien equipada, un muy pequeño comedor, un sofa y la habitacion bien. El unico tema es que mi habitacion tenia una parte del piso levantado, estaba señalizado, pero recomiendo arreeglarlo para evitar cualquier incidente con los futuros huespedes.

This was an exceptionally bad stay. 2/3 elevatos were broken the whole time so I had to wait up to 18 minutes for an elevator. No toilet paper. Public hairs all over the bathroom. No curtains on the windows, just 'shears' which do not provide privacy in a sky rise apartment for a woman staying alone. I called several times, asking for toilet paper and some sort of curtain and they acted politely and then did nothing each time. The staff kept telling us "they didn't even know" if someone would fix the elevator or not. Someone told me the elevators had been broken for 5 months....

The cleaning staff was amazing; the apartment was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Just odd that they supplied coffee grounds but no way of brewing them; an espresso machine but no pods (or reusable pods); and a dishwasher but no cleaning detergent. It’s not that it was an expectation, but it would have been nice if these were communicated before our arrival. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp. The 2 negative experiences we had were with the processes on how to check-in and the parking. Firstly, it was not communicated that we had to check-in on an I-pad in a small hallway off the main lobby once we arrived; however the I-pad process itself was quite straightforward. It was also confusing that the welcome email called the front lobby staff “concierge” when really they were just building security staff. Secondly, it was confusing on where to find the parking garage and how to obtain the parking spot information. After spending a lot of money at another parking garage, we reached out to the staff via WhatsApp to ask about the parking spot. From there it was quite easy to obtain the parking spot. They should have stated in the email that you need to request a parking spot prior to your arrival.

Location and view from the balcony was great. Condo was not very clean, the pillows were yellowed and had marks on them, the baseboards and walls had splatter all over them and the bathroom smelled terribly of urine.

I had a good stay here! I was very nervous because of some of the bad reviews on here. Check in was pretty smooth. We had a beautiful view and it was a nice and clean place. I would stay here again! It is central to downtown so it is close to everything. I am happy to say my experience was positive.

I booked this property through Expedia. When we arrived the additional bedding was still wet in the dryer, there was no second blanket even though it said you could use the sofa bed, the mirror in the front entrance was smashed and closet door didn’t close, there was no top sheet on the bed and it was wet in the dryer and had to be made, fridge was warm smelt gross and the freezer didn’t work, the front entrance flooring was broken and lifted not attached, none of the electrical plug ins in the bedroom worked or the lamp, the blinds were half broken and in the closet and you can see outside, there was no door on the bedroom and there was no hot water on Friday morning. The suite is disgusting and looks absolutely nothing like what was pictured or shown on Expedia when we booked it. It took me hours and hours on the phone, so much frustration, a ruined trip to Toronto, and a toll on my mental health before the issue was resolved almost a week later. Expedia finally provided a refund but not after a fight. All I can say is I’d never ever book again with them and whatever you do make sure you take videos and pictures of your accommodations, and if you have any issues tell the hosts in writing and contact Expedia. Document everything in writing!

Hotel situated 5 minute walk from the riverfront and short walking distance to both Roger center and Scotia arena with plenty of shopping/eating places, and an additional bonus it was a short distance from Union station. The BAD was 1 working elevator for floor 1 thru 29, so it was very slow. The room was terrible though, a broken window covered with plywood in the main bedroom blocking views outside. The floors of the kitchen and parts of the living room was missing some of the flooring which made floor uneven causing tripping. Their solution was to patch it over with additional carpet. The sliding door for the window was off its track making it difficult to open

Please ensure bed sheets and towels are clean and ready for guests. During my stay I had to wash the towels myself as they were sitting in a pile on the bathroom floor when I arrived. I would also recommend getting new pillows for the bed. Aside from a few housekeeping trouble areas, the overall stay was great and I would come again.

Wir hatten einen weiteren Aufenthalt in einem anderen Apartment. Angeblich ein größeres Zimmer, was wir nicht feststellen konnten im Vergleich. Auch dieses Apartment lag in einem sehr gut abgesicherten Hochhaus mit Fahrstuhl. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher und die Ausstattung der Apartments top. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech beim zweiten Aufenthalt und ein Apartment, was eher laut war und wohl einen Wasserschaden hatte vor kurzem, sprich der Boden war kaputt und mit Teppich abgedeckt, was etwas gefährlich war. Ich habe den Schaden, der wohl bekannt ist, nochmal gemeldet und mir wurde versichert, es wird sich darum gekümmert. Trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Die Unterkunft war von der Union Station aus in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor der Tür waren direkt mehrere gute Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment lag in einem sehr gut abgesicherten Gebäude mit Security. Die Gegend ist auch gut allein zu bereisen, da sehr sicher.

Our experience at this property is that it was very conveniently located. The building was fine however, the unit itself was below average. The floor was badly damaged, couch was not good at all, pillows were terrible. The bed was comfortable and the unit, washroom and kitchen were all clean. We received a receipt indicating that we have a room and parking and when we arrived had to pay additional money for the parking. All people we spoke with were very helpful. Instructions to get to our parking were beyond confusing and stressful . Security at the building was very good. We would not return to this unit in the future.

Top Lage und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, der Check in war jedoch etwas schwierig und es war etwas schwierig bei Fragen jemanden von dem Anbieter zu erreichen.
