Some plugs didn’t work, the “room service” didn’t come to the room we had to pick it up- also, the breakfast sandwich was suppose to be on a brioche bun and we got English muffins. It was very clean which was good but there were people smoking in their rooms and I smelt it in the hall it was gross and not good for my asthma. Friendly staff, that’s important. They were great! I’d give this an 8. Beds we’re comfy and most things were overlook-able for the price.

Some staff were great others were arrogant. Cleaning service staff were amazing and very accommodating, they went out of their way asking if we needed linens or new towels. Food service was poor during our stay, we ordered through the hotel and waited over an hour for drinks and onion rings. However the breakfast buffet was great, $20 for all you could eat and the food was hot and fresh, the gentlemen running the buffet were amazing.

The staff was excellent, especially with kids and made them feel special at the front desk and at the DV Bar and Bistro. I found the spaghetti portion small but was tasty enough, didn't come with bread or anything so a bit boring. The kids pasta and onion rings were good. The breakfast buffet was great Nd the staff was excellent. Again really great with kids! The indoor pool was quite cold! Kids swam a bit but ultimately too cold and the adults opted out. Overall we enjoyed our visit.
