We had a perfect stay and the tenant was very elegant. Building is perfect for international travelers and very good location. I would like just to suggest if possible to tenant add new nice cooking pans... Other then that everything is really as the pictures!!! Very good apartment!!!

The host was fantastic and the little hiccups we had we resolved immediately. I was very happy with the room, it was a great property. The location was fantastic, we were a few minutes walk from the public transit and loved the fact we could park on site and take public transportation. We also have never rented a place like this (meaning not a chain hotel with the desk and such, the "traditional accommodations" experience) so we were nervous about it but glad we did it and would 100% rent again from this place. I cannot say enough good about it. We absolutely loved it for our Anniversary trip and would recommend it and the host certainly! Thank you again for a great stay!

It is a nice apartment that had all the requirements for a nice stay. Quite and had a balcony to look at the colorful lights in Toronto. Very close to Rogers Center to see a concert or Blue Jays game.

Great location and clean property. Couple points to note if booking this property. Firstly a twin bed is a squeeze for two people. More a large single bed. Secondly the elevators at the property were slow during our stay with no less than a 5 min wait in queue stretching out the door. Overall Definitely good value for the location

Excellent communication with property manager and check in process was not very complicated. Although small it is well appointed and clean. Beds were comfortable. Walkable area and local dining options nearby. 30 minute walk to the Budweiser Stage on the riverfront park. Enjoyed my brief stay. Would definitely stay here again. A+

My stay was nice, and comfortable. I would say my biggest complaint was that the curtains did not close well and were definetly not wide enough to give you enough privacy and the elevators were extremely slow. The place itself was relatively clean, furnished well and the location was great. I enjoyed the time I spent there. This place has the basics you need and if it doesnt there's plenty of places you can walk to. Victor

Nice location. Clean. Safe. Easy communication with the property manager. One thing I wish to improve is that it took me a while to find garage P3. The sign to P3 is not obvious enough. My car was hovering around at P2 for more than 10 min and could not find how to get to P3.

It was what we needed. Wish it would’ve been more updated in terms of the peeling paint or shower drain doesn’t flow and would potentially overflow if you don’t stop the shower. Otherwise it would’ve been perfect. Parking is a bonus. There’s renovation on the hallways but not really a bother. There’s restaurants within walking distance. But place was overpriced for the area and what you get.

Great Location, excellent owner, but pricy

The owner was very friendly and responsive to our queries. The instructions to access the facilities were clear and included photos and detailed information. The facilities were smaller than we expected, and the furniture is a bit aged. The location is excellent near major attractions (CN Tower, Aquarium, Rogers Center, ScotiaBank Arena, waterfront) and within walking distance from supermarkets. Overall we were happy with the apartment but felt it was a bit pricy given the size and condition of some of the furniture

This condo is in a perfect residential location near the habourfront with local shops such as grocery, Pharmacy and restaurants. It is walkable to sports and cultural venues. The condo has self parking which is so important in Toronto and everything to make your stay confortable. Communication is excellent with the owner and clear, easy sign-in process.
