So close to everything downtown, everything is about at 15/ 20 minute walk. Near the waterfront, near the train station, great for business travel. The view I had was wonderful, CN tower with glowing lights. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nicely appointed with what was needed for me. Appreciate the clear directions on how to retrieve keys, and check out process. I was a little worried without any check-in contact, but everything went smoothly and there was a number to get assistance if needed -- and not needed. Would stay there again!

It was a very stressful check in. You sent us to a totally different location. We got there and there were 3 other families looking for the same place. We finally received an email with the correct address but the process was very stressful. The apartment was good and clean but the elevators were terrible. The place was not bad but the check in was stremely stressful specially when you are with kids

The room itself was good. Very clean and comfortable. However the room is on the 49th floor with very busy elevators. You do have to wait a while for the elevator. As well, the fire alarm went off and we had to walk down 50 flights of stairs. This place is NOT a hotel as it advertises to be. It is a high rise condominium building. It is also NOT at the address they have advertised. It is located on 14 YORK street

Nothing good about our stay here. Lots of false advertising from the owner. Issues include: - Non refundable damage deposit, despite not damaging anything in the room. - We indicated a specific time we would be checking in at. The system to obtain the keys wasn't working and it took an hour of waiting to get our keys from someone. - The ad says that all rooms have parking available on site. We booked this place specifically because parking was available. After booking the room and requesting parking, we were told that it wasn't available for this property. Save the hassle, stay somewhere else.

I am giving a 1-star review as I booked a hotel - as advertised on the Expedia site as "Victoria House Hotel - Downtown" - but ended up with an Air BnB type apartment. My preference was a hotel as I had a short business trip and wanted the convenience of a hotel. If I could give Expedia a negative rating for their help I would. Backstory: As noted, the description was wrong and mis-leading on Expedia. The address was wrong - the address I was dropped off at was in fact the Victoria House Hotel - but they had no reservation for me and advised me I was the 3rd Expedia customer that day, and 50th customer recently that had come to the wrong location. They also said that they had contacted Expedia many times before but the issue continued. After finally getting through to the customer support for the premise, walking 25 minutes through a city I did not know then taking another 90 minutes to get access to the room, I finally got in. Expedia customer support was shocking and they did not seem to register the point they had mis-advertised the property on their website. If I had know the premise was an apartment, and that is what I was looking for, I would have given them a higher rating as the location and views were great. The room needed a bit of TLC, but that aside would have been thumbs up.

We had this reserved for a while and on the morning that we left they cancelled on us. This was a holiday weekend and we had concert tickets. They were not helpful AT ALL and simply said, contact Expedia. Awful.
