Convenience of free shuttle service to and from the airport. Elevators were quick and efficient. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bonus points for fluffy towels. Bathroom was missing a working fan."

"Came with my husband and daughter. Close to downtown, while being in a quiet area. Great price. The room was clean, and mostly updated - the carpets look older but everything else was quite nice. Heated bathroom floor, balcony. The atrium pool was really nice. The staff were friendly. I will be using this as my go-to hotel when visiting Toronto. "

"The person that checked me in was polite and professional. While I was checking in, 2 ladies came back inside and said it was raining. He told them to wait right there and brought back an umbrella for them. The facilites were clean and everyone was respectful of the rules. Bed was comfortable. My pod had a locking cabinet, but even if it didnt people had their luggage and shoes left outside their pods. I felt like my belongings were safe. Great price. Great service. Great place. I'll come.back for sure."
