"it’s located downtown toronto, so for the price of it, i expected top notch,i got the opposite 😞they were doing construction on one side of the building, so i didn’t have any heat, but they did give me a portable heater. some of my complaints , they did try to accommodate me. i give them that. it was overly crowded, i couldn’t understand why our rooms were not ready, when we had a block of 12 rooms, and 20 people. you knew this for months. i know my expectations of wanting good service is the bare minimum, and it doesn’t sit right with me when i’m spending top dollar and not getting that!!!!!"
