"The Hotel was nice and staff was friendly, but the check in process was agonizingly long. Each check in seemed to take at least 15 minutes and with three dedicated staff members helping, we waited in the check in line for 45 minutes. It did not appear to be a system outage causing this long delay, but needless to say, it was not what I expected from a high end hotel. Just frustrating after traveling for hours to have to wait so long to check inEverything else was great."
