Rooms are small. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Room was hot. Cooling system did not work. Would not recommend other than location is convenient.

One King West Hotel & Residence
The Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. The food and service in the restaurants are excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. Access to the underground PATH is very useful when outside weather is not ideal. The Hotel is close to many downtown Toronto venues and attractions.

The Staff are excellent.. Breakfast has a super selection however, not complimentary. The hotel is dated but super comfortable. A/C is super noisy and need to check before accepting the room.. the pool is nice BUT steam room and Sauna are only available in each Mens & womens change rooms.. one or ...
