I like the location of this property. The facility is quite run down in many areas, but didn’t really affect our stay. I will not stay in their unrenovated rooms again. The elevators are terribly slow, all of the guests were commenting while waiting and travelling in the elevators. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are not refreshed between nights, so no fresh towels, coffee, etc. Be sure to ask for water at the front desk, it's nice that they have it. Room check in 4:00, ...

Fairmont Royal York
Beautiful hotel and loved that on a rainy day you don’t even have to go outside from hotel you can so direct underground path to several areas of the city, shopping etc. will definitely return to this high end hotel
