Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
Elevators at checkout were ridiculous. Constantly staff and cleaners in the elevators so you got to wait for them to do what they're doing and they won't move or get out of the way. I was waiting to get downstairs from room 14 to the lobby and it took 20 minutes

Great staff. The suite is a lux experience for the price and you can walk to all the downtown activities. Wish there was complimentary coffee in the lobby.
