Lots of steps for older or disabled clients. Toilet flush not very efficient. The pressure wasn't strong enough to flush properly. The decor in the room needed up grading. Not enough plug points. The room was nice, and large. Just seemed a little un-loved.

The hotel staff on reception gave a friendly welcome and we were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities available and very family friendly. The room which was booked as a double was very small and the bed was only a three quarter bed which wasn't sufficient for us. As for cleanliness it wasn't bad but could be improved.

Hotel is very dated. Stains on the ceiling in the bedroom, little pressure in the water in the shower, breakfast was poor and appeared it had been sitting out for a while. Lack of cutlery and crockery at breakfast time. Staff swearing in front of customers. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

The general environment is clean & the staff are friendly. Some parts of the site are a little 'worn', however there are a multitude of areas to happily relax in whether you are by yourself , or in company. The highlight for me is the "Fire & Ice" spa experience!

Very dated property with barely any parking availability, average breakfast and overall staff were okay, but some did let it down with being unhelpful and a little rude over the phone prior to arrival. Restaurant was very disorganised and a little chaotic at breakfast. Didn’t get chance to use the leisure facilities so cannot comment on those.

Hotel is now looking dated. Corridors need painting and the overall hotel needs tlc. Door into bathroom had been repaired to a poor standard, you would not get that abroad. Entertainment was of a good standard shame the steam room was out of order and when booking was not advised limited car parking until 48 hours before.
