If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least)."

He made some phone calls to establish that we really supposed to be staying there. We were shown to our rooms. Everything was covered by a layer of dust. There was no electricity.
