"The air conditioning was not sufficient....it was very hot to the point I had to request room change. It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. I would look for another place to stay."

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die große Differenz in den Superior plus Zimmer Zimmern im Neubau. Wir hatten ein recht großes Zimmer und ein sehr kleines mit nur einem Waschbecken und sehr kleinem Bad."

They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year! "Hotel rooms were dated & little tired, the air conditioning was poor. Definitely not a 4* hotel in today’s market, probably was in the 1980’s! Don’t upgrade your room, they are all virtually the same, not worth the extra money! Good location & facilities, food was on the whole fine, staff were all excellent!"
