" Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them). The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott...

"Das Hotel liegt ideal um Nizza zu erkunden. Sehr schönes uns besonders helles Zimmer im 6. Obergeschoss. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf Nizza. Das Frühstück war super, lediglich Fisch hat gefehlt. Das WiFi war leider ein wenig schwach. Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was large, and I loved the balcony views. The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect. "

"Heel centraal gelegen, echt een ideale ligging. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Enige nadeel is dat er geen airco was en de kamer bloedheet was. Heel weinig geslapen door de warmte. Dat was echt een domper. Het ontbijt is heel basic. Dus een top voor het personeel en de liggen maar een min voor de temperatuur huishouding en ontbijt so so."

"L'hôtel est très bien situé entre le Negresco et le Palais de la Méditerranée à environ 200m de la promenade des Anglais. Nous avions pris la chambre Deluxe de 21m2 au 3ème étage qui était trés confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires : cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, frigo, climatisation, Tv...Salle de bain avec douche et wc (un peu petite). Point négatif ; l'insonnorisation de l'hôtel malgré les fenêtres à double vitrage c'est un peu bruyant. A noter que nous avons eu un accueil...

"The hotel is unique it is small in size but big on charm,friendliness, and quality. The breakfast is cooked to order and set in a nice garden view room. The staff is very helpful and the location is close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade. It’s a good value and we would definitely stay again "

"Overall we had a nice stay, room Was clean , most of the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Location is excellent close to new and old town. I have stayed here in the past and didn’t appreciate that the pool and sun loungers were only open after may 15th unfortunately this wasn’t on the website so I assumed it would be available. "Great hotel location. close to train or tram station to go to the old town. Lots of restaurants, shops abd cafes. The rooms are spacious, and we get free flow of water."
