The front desk staff and staff at breakfast were polite, friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. My room including large screen TV was very clean and spacious. It was an excellent stay. Thank you.

Dragonfly Hotel Bury St Edmunds
Doors need seeing to. Fire doors, bedroom doors need to have a slow closing fitted to them constant banging doors throughout our stay. Rooms could do with some update they are clean but outdated and paint peeling away.

The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was spacious, bright, airy and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The amenities were basic but I had everything I needed, including a much needed fan as it was a hot day! The hotel itself is nothing special, the decor is a little run down ...
