"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. "My room was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and there were a couple of places to sit and watch the sea and world go by. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was good and the coffee strong. It's a perfect location for exploring Penzance, going for a swim in the Jubilee pool and taking any of the boat trips on offer either to Scilly or wildlife tours. Yes, the carpet / decor could do with updating but that didn't matter to me. The staff...

"This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. Bus 2 runs from right outside so ideal for connections to Penzance and Porthleven. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."

"We stayed for one night and had a very relaxing time. Great location on the Marazion seafront with a direct view out to St Michael's Mount. Good size well maintained rooms. Excellent dinner and breakfast served in the light airy sea view restaurant."

"Overall our room is excellent with the harbor view from the room window. A minor point, the water vessel in the Nespresso Coffee machine was leaking. It will be nice for the staff to check before guests arrival, we didn't use it in the end but reported it. It is a shame but I can always get a good coffee from the cafe near by."
