"Had to wait 10 mins for clerk to come out and check us in. She was still buttoning up her pants and fixing her belt in front of everyone. Room was nice and clean but the lights and noise from outside was so loud and bright in the room. It sounded like the window was open but they do not open."

"The stay was nice and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The only thing I was not stocked about is the large gap under our door. Was fine for a one night stay."

"Everything was great except the water pressure. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't wash my hair over the 2 night stay due to fear that the water pressure wouldn't be sufficient to remove shampoo/conditioner. The water pressure out of the bathroom sink was stronger."

However, the heating system was such that there could only be air conditioning in the entire building, or heat, but there couldn't be heat in one room and AC in another. Because of a medical condition, I needed to have the heater on, but couldn't. The staff readily provided an additional blanket for me."

"The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The server, Brooke, was helpful and kind. When my friend couldn't find her credit card, she went above and beyond to help her find it. The room was comfortable and the view of the city from the room was lovely."
