"Great newer property. Clean, modern and fantastic run facility. Everyone from Front Desk to Room Attendants to Breakfast Area were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay again when back in Buffalo Area. Thanks for a GREAT stay!"

"It's different from a regular hotel. It's in a large remodeled home. The location is really good, close to downtown and Allentown. Parking is on the street. It's designed to feel more like a homestay so you interact with the staff more than at other hotels. Rooms and Hallways can be quite cramped though. If you are tall, watch your head going up the back stairway. The lower end rooms use loft frames to fit everything in, so if you're not a fan of bunk beds, keep that in mind."

"•Our spacious accommodations included a good-sized TV/cabinet, useful table, nice chairs, and two large beds. The large window offered three levels of light and privacy. The bed was clean, soft and gave us a great night’s sleep! •The bathroom was roomy, providing plenty of linens and toiletries…and lots of options to set out and/or hang up our things. Everything was very clean!! •(We did not use the breakfast area, but at quick glance it looked clean and inviting.) •The parking lot was large, but it appeared most cars parked near the main lobby entrance. The neighborhood was a little depressed, but the lot was well-lit."

"Cleaning staff is quite noisy. Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air."
