"TJ was awesome! He went above and beyond to accommodate us due to the cook not being available this weekend. We got upgraded from a very nice room at the Brunswick (our original reservation in Room 9), to the beautiful suite at their sister property, Union Gables, in the Henry suite. The room was immaculate, with a full working kitchen, bar area, king size bed, a fully working soaker tub, a gas fireplace, a dining table, TV, and working ceiling fans.
