"My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. "Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning...

"Sometimes photos lie. In this case, everything was as promised! We had what we needed and more! Thank you for the wine and chocolates- a nice touch. It was just the perfect place for family to meet up and spend a couple of days together."
