"No one showed up to let us in. No one sent us a code for the door. No one warned us we were going to be ghosted, and I even contact Expedia twice about this before we left, no one got back to me. I see this listing is still on, but "sold out". It should be removed."

"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. "The location of this property is in a very unsafe area. Perhaps the least safe in Niagara Falls, NY according to the the local police department. We were advised to leave ASAP and we did leave early by two days and moved to a nearby Sheraton. Locks on the exterior door to the house, as well as to the main entrance doors to the two apartments were missing strike place, which means that the deadbolt goes into the wooden door frame, which provides no security against a kick to the door.
