"Worst motel I have ever experienced. This place needs to be condemned. I accidentally chose a smoking room. It was dirty and stunk. I had to pay them an additional 38 bucks to get another room. I could have paid for something better. The second room wasn’t that much better. Gross. I went to Walmart to buy a hair dryer and iron they don’t offer. I also bought a blanket so I didn’t have to sleep on the bed sheets. And a can of lisol. I also checked for bedbugs. The hot water only lasted 5...

"We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel."

"Strong smell of smoke everywhere even though rooms were non-smoking. Surfaces and floor were sticky. Cigarette burnt bed sheets. Dirty linens with stain and hair. Saw a few roaches. Fortunately we only needed to stay one night and we had to leave very early the next morning. Saw a lot of homeless people in the vicinity."
