"Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

"Property was not the one shown in the advertising picture. Poor communication with owner. Dirty place with dirty beds, noisy neighbors couldn’t sleep. It was a horrible experience "

No idea how the multi-unit home made it to the website, but we were informed that the 3br/2 bath unit was a hoax by one of the building residents upon 8p.m. arrival. No one answered the associated phone number nor responded to the access question I posted via the hotels.com chat the night before/day of booking. The website refunded"

"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."
