We’ve stayed at better properties but, I have to say the service we received at this property has been the best we’ve ever received! From Jazmin at breakfast and Ken at the bell stand and all of the front desk staff, all have gone above and beyond to welcome us and help us navigate our stay in Vietnam. The property itself is clean and well maintained. I will stay here again and again and would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. There’s so much to share about our stay—-they upgraded our tickets to VIP free of charge because it was forecasted to rain and moved us to covered area without asking. They waited for us well after 1am for check in because our flight was delayed. All staff were so kind and sweet."
