"This is a busy hotel in a great location. Staff were accommodating and have things running like clockwork. Breakfast is BUSY. Rooms are good and clean. Worn only due to volume of turnover the hotel must have. My 12 yo and I stayed here for baseball - lots of ride share options close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here. It was just what we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, low price. Located very close to all the action at the waterfront and Pike Street Mkt.. "Staff was friendly but hotel is definitely suffering from old age pains? Only one elevator functioning, water refill in fitness center non functional, burned out lightbulbs, etc. Main question for me arose because I was feeling poorly and ordered some Zicam from Amazon, which was delivered within two hours to the front desk but no one at the front desk bothered to phone my room to let me know. If not for a later email from Amazon with proof of delivery we might never have known it had arrived....
