"The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. I contacted the front desk and was informed that the temperature settings were preset and could not be adjusted, and that no technician was available to inspect the unit at that time.Since the room remained uncomfortable I requested a fan and was told none were available & apparently don’t have. "Les chambres ne sont pas rénové les corridors sont très étroit et sentes le vieux.
Dans la salle de bain de la chambre, la toilette est collé sur le mur, aucune espace.
Les déjeuners sont très bon et copieux. Le personnel gentil."

"Location was ideal to explore Lisbon, as pivotal underground interchange station in the Lisbon Metro network, connecting the Blue Line (Linha Azul) and the Red Line (Linha Vermelha).
Staff were helpfull, bar staff always on form with recommendation for type of local portugese drink to suit or match taste buds of UK beers and larger. Loved the iced glasses.
Breakfast good, with wide selection."
