They had the bedding arranged and the food we had at the resort, both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. I’m glad they used skilled chefs because at most resorts or hotels, food is terrible. This resort had decent chefs that served proper food. "

We must particularly mention and sincerely thank the office manager Mr. Henry Minh Thien, who took care of us as if we were his long-awaited relatives: he had arranged a bus to Hanoi for us right from the resort, explaining many small details about the surroundings. Our advice to anyone thinking about staying in this wonderful resort is to contact him directly as he speaks fluent English. The culinary experience was wonderful! Dining there was not just eating—it was a cultural journey. Adjacent to the resort is an impressive sports camp that adds a unique and impressive dimension to the stay. We left with desire to return. "The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go. There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time. We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains. The hot pool was enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and cosy."
