"Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Notre hôte Felice as été d'une immense gentillesses. Il nous a aidé à plusieurs reprise pour monter ou descendre notre poussette et nous a a fourni du lait pour le bébé de 13 mois . Il y avait du café, des pâtisseries , des fruits et jus de fruits toujours accessible. La chambre était lumineuse avec un jolie balcon et le parc pour bébé nous a été d'une grande utilité. "This B&B is really well maintained, our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The view is worth every single dollars (and steps!). We had the chance to have breakfast on the balcony every morning, with the sunrise. The staff is super kind and helpful too. There’s also an adorable black cat called Mimi who lives outside and who loves to receive cuddles. She will also greet you everytime you come by. We really enjoyed our 4-nights trip at Villa Carlotta and would absolutely come back."

"Positives - Villa was in a good place near a supermarket, restaurant's, public transport and ruins. Good size rooms with quite comfortable beds, good sized kitchen, air con was good. Negatives - we were asked to book in online before we arrived but no English option on their website to book in on so when we arrived there was no one on reception to book us in so we called the owner who couldn’t understand us so for 3 days he kept sending messages asking us to pay the local taxes in Italian!...
