"Apartment in an older urban Building. Lots of charme and a lot of stairs. The host answered the phone very quickly and came by with the keys. Parking close by was tricky.

This room is Not Luxury.
Would describe as basic Travel Room.
Bed: Poor quality of structure.
We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement.
Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem.
We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint.
