"The staff were pleasant and handle questions and concerns withrespect and some pleasantries. The room was spacious, clean, however the toddler running around made it hard with elephant footsteps. Staff was able to handle that issue quickly. Stay was pleasant."

"I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. "

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked because they said they had a pool and were pet friendly. When I got a check in alert right before my stay (after I had the ability to cancel for free) it said no pets were allowed. I tried to call the property directly to clarify and no one picked up. When I got there, the staff said I could have brought my dog but the pool was out of order. I tried to cancel and they said they’d charge $80 for cancelling last minute. I...
