"The whole idea of two hotels in one was a bit confusing at times. We had to get directions to the correct side of the hotel and it was a bit of a maze.
In our first room the air conditioner did not work. We called (it was late so didn’t expect maintenance but maybe a room change) and was assured that maintenance would be up to check it. After about 40 minutes of waiting we went to the front desk to inquire and had the most unpleasant encounter with the lady working the desk. She was incredibly rude and if her coworker had not stepped in and taken over the encounter I would have complained the following day, or insisted on getting a refund and finding a new hotel.
Other than the one rude person our stay was generally pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
Parking left a lot to be desired considering it was $45 a night. On our second night (after already having paid for parking) we almost did not get a spot. The only saving grace there was that I drive a very small car and was able to squeeze into the almost too small spot. There were 8-9 cars and trucks that were not able to do the same thing so were just without spots. I believe there are 3 levels reserved for Valet that were mostly empty, so maybe that needs to be looked at. Or have a way to ensure people who have paid for spots do have them. There was also no easy way for you to turn around once you realized there were no spots available. It’s an accident waiting to happen."
