"Fabulous setting and surroundings, the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered the burgers from the evening menu and that is the only that spoilt the stay, they were extremely processed. All the rest of the food was great."

"The room was very beautiful and clean. Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, and helped us with our heavy luggage without hesitation. Within five minutes of our arrival, we were welcomed with fresh tea, and our room had complimentary cakes! "My room was nice and clean. My bed was comfortable. My breakfast was very unsatisfactory, not the level of 4* hotel. You even get better in 3*. I was surprised to find out that it cost£25 pounds to use gym, or swimming pool. In all hotels I stayed it was included in the price for the room. Location suited me as I came for the opera.
