"Pros: Manager O was great, very helpful and attentive. She arranged laundry for us at a very reasonable price. She also arranged the shuttle to and from airport which was timely and reasonable (not free). The location was ok, not on the beach but very near. Free bottled water delivered to room every day. Cons: 1) Bathroom smelled of sewage the entire time. Staff attempts to address it were ineffective. 2) No water for several hours on day 2 while waiting for water truck. 3) Pool was not...

The staff are all very attentive from the reception staff, cleaners, waiters and the pool staff all making sure everything is as perfect as it can be for your stay. "What a find a gem amongst the bigger hotels, 26 ‘rooms’ in total, spread through lush gardens and right on the beach, with a lovely pool overlooking the ocean. "Really helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and such a lovely view of the sea. Rooms spacious and good and very clean. The pool and beach areas are great and walking distance to fishermans village which had lots of restaurants and shopping. We traveled to koh Tao for a few days and we loved this hotel so much we came back to stay again before heading home to Uk."
