"My stay was great! Staff was very accommodating. Only problem was checking in. I was the only one checking in and it took about 30 minutes due to computer issues. They worked diligently and finally got me in my room. Definitely will stay here again!"

"Room had been very poorly cleaned with the bathroom being skipped over. Hair all over. Elevator was out of service for half of our stay. Updates have been neglected for some time. Breakfast was very limited. If it were a cheap hotel, it would be understandable, but they were charging a premium. Not worth it."

"The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable."

"Good place the rooms actually good and clean the carpets in the corridors old . Daily room service . Some of the electric outlet does not work . Rooms has tv good size refrigerator and microwave . Nice swiming pool but not clear what is the operation hours and how to access it ? "

"This location does not have free breakfast but it does have a wonderful-smelling restaurant and bar. As a family, we chose to visit other venues for our short stay. The staff was both informative and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, the pool area was clean and well-maintained, as were the grounds where we parked/entered. Located just off the interstate, close to the zoo, food and all other stops on our itinerary, it helped to keep our stay relaxing and...

"I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do...

"Unattended barking dogs, with no help from staff. Only stayed one night even after paying for 3 nights."

"The room was clean, but due to location, was terribly noisy, and because we were so close to the front desk, we were surprised the desk clerk didn’t do anything. We left before breakfast opened, so we can’t comment on that, but there was a coffee pot near the front desk. We were very disappointed that it was cold and almost gone. A hot cup of coffee would have been nice to start out on a very long road ahead of us. "

"The gals at the front desk were amazing! So friendly and accommodating for our group of 8 women in town for a play. We were able to check in early and they let us use a boardroom to gather and play cards in the afternoon. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was fresh and hot. It’s going to be our new favorite place to stay in Omaha! "

"Room was clean, body wash dispenser was empty but bar soap in room, Goofy TV remote had to point at the lamp instead of the TV to get working. Decent place to stay during busy Berkshire Hathaway weekend."
