"Hotel was being painted, paint trays everywhere and no wet paint signs, but wasn't really an issue for us. Our toilet was rickety and did not fill properly. Front desk attendant was the only employee there and couldn't fix it. She asked us to try turning the water valve all they way on and offered a new room if that didn't work, but we declined as we were exhausted. Did not get fixed. Staff was super friendly though. Hotel listing says they have rollaway beds for a fee, but told us that theirs...

"Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. "

"The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready. "

"The room looked nothing like the picture advertised. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, floor and ceiling. The door didn't meet so you could see outside. The curtains had holes in them. The shower spigot wasnt connected to the shower wall so the pipe was exposed. Hairdryer had electrical tape on the cord."
