No frills - not even a shelf for soap in the shower. TV did not work. Clothing hangers were rusty. No comforters on the beds. Marijuana smokers in the parking lot at all hours, with smoke/aroma of smoke drifting into the room. Screaming fights in the parking lot at 1 am. Would have booked the Best Western Sure Stay just down the road had I known. Avoid.

Disappointing Hotel Experience My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I stayed for three nights, and the service was not what I expected. After booking my room, I requested extra pillows but never received them. I had to go to the front desk myself, and even then, I was only given one pillow. I also asked a housekeeper for extra towels, but she did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Overall, the lack of service and communication made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Guests should not have to keep asking for basic necessities during their stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience.

When we arrived and went to our room someone was already in it,then we were given a different room and our keyboard wouldn't work,so the man at the desk came and unlocked a door for a third room, the room smelled dingy and like stale cigarettes, then there were flies everywhere in the room,we must have killed atleast 10 of them. Thankfully we were only staying 1 night. I honestly dont think I would ever stay there again.
