"When my daughter and I walked in the lobby we smelled marijuana. We got to our room and noticed that over the bay window area the plaster on the ceiling was coming down from obvious water damage. "The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as...

"The Trilogy experience was a wonderful experience very nice clean hotel. However, there was a constant fragrance in the lobby and dining areas that caused my friend to almost have an allergic reaction, so we were not able to dine at the hotel nor enjoy the first floor amenities. fragances should be at a minimum that you cannot spell."

"No the bathroom was a complete mess paint all over the floor and looks like they cleaned all paint and stain brushes in the shower. Shower head was broke I had to hold shower head in hand to shower. Not easy to shower I have plenty is picture of all. "
