"First room has hair on the sink, a wet towel in the bathroom floor, and another set of room keys by TV. Went back to lobby. Received another room. Front desk person basically left us at the desk after saying “grab something from the snack area”. She apparently went and checked the room ahead of us as she was coming out of the room as we were going in it."

"The rooms were nice. The sheets were nice. The bed was nice. The pool indoor pool was nice.
What was not nice was the housekeeping staff knocking on the door at 7 AM 8 AM 9 AM 10 AM 11 AM asking if they can have laundry and asking if the customer or the guest is gonna check out"

"The room was never cleaned and we stayed 3 nights. After the first night we asked and were promised it would be done the 2nd night, but it never happened. As well, no fresh towels or coffee replaced. The ice machine wouldn’t work and the worker said we had to kick it. We were on the 5th floor and the room would not cool off. The bathroom is so small that you have to scoot behind the door to close it, and the TP holder was hardly able to be reached. Very sad."

"Not kept up very well. Something had spilled in the elevator that had soured and it was warm so the smell was over powering.
The water pressure in the shower was non existent.
The towels were old, much like ones used to dry cars with in the 90's, also they were covered in some kind of dust or fuzz.
The bed was comfortable enough and the room was quiet.
We would not stay here again."
