Greeting was a blank stare, no info on how to get to the room until I asked. No information about breakfast or pool. The pool door doesn't work with the key for anyone, water is freezing cold. And absolutely no towels. One of the reasons we choose a hotel is to use the pool. And also breakfast potatoes ...
