"This cozy almost feel at home hotel was such a joy. And the service was great. I had to call after hours for service and without hesitation someone came over and made sure everything was put in place for my complete comfort. And the person in charge made sure to text me and made sure i was satisfied and taken care of immediately. I will give one piece of advice, when booking make sure and take the rooms with the balcony that over looks the ocean. I was given this advice and i did not take it and...

"I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to cater to you. Perfect location and the end of Buccoo board walk with Sophia’s bakery and a shop less than a minute’s walk. Only negatives were no kitchen available for use (was given a bowl when asked), and room service didn’t take the bin out. But overall, I’m glad I chose to stay here and will return!"

"What a special place to have stayed! The Pax Guest House is located atop Mount Saint Augustine in one of the nicest locations on Trinidad. Fantastic views from this well-preserved guesthouse that dates to 1925. Fantastic hosts manage this property. They are very helpful and reliable. The guesthouse provides a very delicious breakfast in the morning. Guests should be mindful however that bathroom facilities for some rooms (not all) are shared with other guests. "

"What a wonderful stay, with lots of personal touches which are not always given by larger establishments. The area around the property is quiet. It is approximately a 20 - 30 mins walk into Crown Point/ Store Bay beach. Breakfast was excellent - local delicacies served. Kay and Stein were exceptional hosts. All in all, an enjoyable stay. "I had a wonderful stay at Shalom Guesthouse in Port of Spain. It is located in a quiet and safe area. The room is spacious, with a mini fridge, which is great for cooling food and drinks and a table, which is practical for working, an en-suite bathroom and even a little terrace. The owner was very helpful with everything, like directions and other information. A delicious breakfast was served to my room. I could rest well here, can highly recommend this accommodation. :)"
