"The hotel was very nice. After arriving, I contacted the hotel to see if there was shuttle service. Spoke to Amit who stated the roads were flooded and it would be about 1 1/2 hours before they can send someone. We decided to take taxi service instead. Arrived, we were greeted and checked in by Amit. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The first room we were given, the window was frosted and we couldn’t see out. Even though the hotel was booked, he managed to move us to a room...

"Hotel is in a convenient location, and the surrounding area feels safe and pleasant. The front desk agent, Daniel, was particularly helpful, courteous, and professional. However, some of the other staff members could benefit from additional customer service and product knowledge training to further enhance the overall guest experience."
