"Property is a short drive to restaurants and the town of Trinidad, which was the nicest of all the towns we visited. Our trip was primarily to hike the redwoods and surrounding area, so it was conveniently located to everything we did. Everything was clean, cozy and the staff were friendly. This was our first time here and all of the research I had done led us to book the right place the first time."

"The entry was clean! The room was not! I was happy that I purchased a sleeping bag because the bed had hair in between the sheets and cover! The A/C blew out - well it was not pleasant!! The carpet CRUNCHED!!! The shower and bath combo 😂 should be replaced with a shower esp as I nearly slipped getting out! I don’t use hotel towels ever so couldn’t be helpful with that info! So no stars for this location!! Best Western Plus-Bayshore Inn was a lot better!"

"I liked the check in process. It was very efficient. When you step into the office a person comes on a screen and basically does a Zoom call with you. The hotel room was clean. Beverly the housekeeper was amazing, super friendly and always there to help if you needed anything. The hotel has super fast WiFi. The Ice machine worked great and the shower was hot and had lot’s of water pressure. There is a Steakhouse and bar right next door that had great food. The minor issues that you might have...

"Broken elevator and no help carrying luggage up stairs, musty smell, broken TV, had to change rooms after already unpacking. Moved to an even mustier room which was located next to the ice machine and elevator, it was so noisy it sounded like people were in our room, water in shower smelled so bad it was disgusting and water pooled unless dirty plug was taken completely out. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but this was crazy. We usually stay here when passing through but I think from...

"Actually the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The plastic plants and flowers are cheesy, and the host was mediocre. The place was way over rated!"

"Not a great location. Lots of unhomed people hanging out in the parking lot and surrounding areas. The room was clean enough for a quick over night stay just don’t look too close in the corners."

"Check-in was easy. Got to the room and turned on the fan. It was quite noisy. Front desk sent the maintenance guy in while we were at dinner. He stated that this is the normal sound. We were able to change rooms and the fan was much quieter in this room. I needed more than a sheet to sleep under and the quilt was way too much. Would be nice if they provided blankets also in the rooms. Breakfast was good. had a nice variety to choose from."

Didn’t get to out room until super late in the day. Left a message with front desk that our youngest had an accident in the bed. We also left the placard requesting linen change. "Clean facilities Great breakfast. They had turkey sausages. Not too many places offer turkey options for breakfast so def stands out. Warm indoor pool and hot tub. Conveniently located to stores, food, airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Would def stay again if ever in that area."
