"Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

"Window unit was pretty loud. The staff was nice. I did not have any trouble checking in. The outside was lovely!"

"The hotel and its staff are amazing! This was my third stay and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! The location, view, and food are on point. I highly recommend!"

"Sin muchas opciones el desayuno"

"Good location and close to the market. Parking is good. No wi-fi. Breakfast is sufficient for the price. Nice pool."

"The hotel needs updates and cleaning, there was feces in the first floor under the stairs which was the worst smell to walk into. Carpet looked disgusting, walls were dirty. Elevator was down which is why we continued to use the stairs. Front staff is great but the hotel was not. Ice machines were down Saturday and Sunday for the third floor. The pictures that are posted by this hotel are misleading. Would not stay here again, and I would much rather stay a little further or pay more to stay...

"Cockroach in our bathroom upon arrival Didn’t sleep much after that 😢 New room kind of offered but they says they didn’t really have any other roomie rooms. Talked to GM next morning and he said the construction has brought them in. No reduction in price which should have been offered in my opinion. Other than that I thought the place was cool. Breakfast was good too. Lots of variety."

"This is not a fancy place, but the location is good. staff was friendly. It’s near Highway, so it’s sometimes loud outside from traffic. Staff is friendly. Breakfast lacked protein, but again it’s not a 4star. Had no complaints, but I prefer to stay in hotels that your entrance is on the inside. If you’re watching your spending, it’s not bad and can rest. We walked to the shops and riverwalk. Always felt safe. The office is located across the street."

"The TV stayed on all night,I went downstairs to get the battery replaced still nothing. Tv stayed on all night. Parking should be included into the price of the hotel."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever been in! It’s a family business hotel the lady at the front desk was SUPER disrespectful so I gave her the same attitude she gave me, THE ROOM SMELL LIKE MARIHUANA, The TV did NOT WORK, The walls were disgustingly stained, The couch Was stained as well what it looked like it was blood, and who knows what else, The Toilet plugged when we flushed it down, Everything was old, furniture was horrible. DEFINITELY save your money I’ve stayed once in a Motel 6 By emergency and...

"The night shift front desk was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home every early morning, Making sure we had fresh coffee and friendly conversation. All the workers down to the best drivers where great but the night shift front desk stood out so mush we will be back for the personal service we received thank you for the absolute above service we received."
