"What a wonderful opportunity to stay in a historic hotel! Our room is big and well appointed. We have a comfortable king bed! The room is very quiet despite the promenade right outside our window. The ceiling is quite low because we are in the “attic” room, but in our 2 days here we haven’t hit our head once! We were made to feel very welcome and communication with the owner was excellent before and throughout our stay. As we were the only guests staying we were able to check in early and check out late which was very helpful. "Beautiful old stone building at north gate of old town. Walk out the door and small restaurants and shops start right there. The larger busier promenade is 5 min walk through old town . This hotel is 1 block from bus station including bus 37 to airport. Excellent continental breakfast plus she will make you eggs. "
