We were happy with the beautiful location, helpful staff, good breakfast options, clean rooms and great shuttle service. The rooms were fairly basic and our shower didn’t drain very well so the tray filled with water while using it but we had no major issues.

It was a nice stay, everyone was friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and very nice! We liked that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants, which were really good ! We thought the beach was accessible by walking , so we went through this area off the parking lot but quickly figured it was not part of the resort. You can book a shuttle to take you there and back though and it is definitely worth seeing! The food was good, but we did go off the resort for authentic Calabrian food which was amazing! There wasn’t much to do on the resort , especially during off season when it’s a little colder. The pool area is beautiful but we didn’t get to use it much unfortunately, as it was cold. You can also take the shuttle down town but it is an easy 10 minute walk. There is cute little shops and great restaurants, and the area is busy in the evening as well! Overall it was a great stay and Tropea is beautiful and there are a lot of nice places to see !

The pools were nice and refreshing! The breakfast was nice. Location was good - only about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The air conditioning in the room was so loud and controlled by reception so we could only turn it on or off. We tried to call reception but our phone wasn’t working. The bathroom had terrible ventilation and smelt like stale water. We could also hear the people above us moving around so loudly and when we asked to move, the lady said she’d organise it tomorrow and never did.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Pierro was so hospitable and kind. The buffet dinner and breakfast was top notch. The shuttle transfers were very convenient. Graziano was a friendly driver. We felt welcome and safe the entire time. My only suggestion would be to update the rooms, as they were somewhat outdated. The patios should have updated furniture and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Overall, the proximity to the town was a plus. We would definitely recommend.

I don't understand the glowing reviews here. Our room was old and didn't look like the pictures. The linens were soiled and the phone didn't work. We kept having to go to the front for whatever we needed and half the time the staff didn't even fulfill our request. They said they would fix the phone and didn't. Antonio was nice to help with our luggage. But the rest of the staff was not friendly and the food at the restaurant was over priced and low quality for Calabrian standards

Kanonställe!

Jättefin resort med trevlig personal i utkanten av Tropea. Tar ca 10 minuter att promenera in till Gamla stan- efter bilväg men en lättsam promenad. Tror att hotellet även erbjuder shuttle in till stan men vi tycker om att gå. Bra med fri parkering och bra frukost. En guldstjärna för kvinnan som tillagar frukostäggen! Så trevlig och hjälpsam- högsta betyg till henne! Poolområdet är mycket trevligt och rummet (vi hade ett trebäddsrum) rymligt med fin uteplats. Aircondition lät en del. Sa till personalen om det och efteråt blev det lite bättre. Stranden där hotellet erbjuder solstolar, till betalning, var ingen höjdare- stenig och skuggig. Då är stranden i Centrala Tropea mycket finare. Hotellet tar betalt, €5, för strandhanddukar. Gymmet hade fin utsikt men det hade varit fint med mer utrustning, tyngre vikter till exempel. Skulle absolut bo här igen!

Staff necessita melhor treinamento

Pontos positivos: cafe da manhã e piscina. Pontos negativos: - Cama bastante desconfortável - Longe da praia, com poucos horarios de shuttle. Motorista do shuttle grosseiro, nos trata como se estivesse fazendo um favor. - Recepção do hotel mal treinada. Quarto não estava pronto no horário do check-in (15hs, que já é um check-in tardio). E me cobraram 115 euros por um shuttle do aeroporto de Lamezia que eu já tinha solicitado cancelamento. A justificativa deles é que não viram a mensagem no Expedia solicitando cancelamento, e portanto o motorista foi, e eu tive que pagar pelo erro deles.

Great place for the budget conscious whilst still within easy reach of the main areas in Tropea. Rooms are simple and clean. Only negative was our room was a little smelly from the bathroom drainage traps, and the shower was extremely small and hard to wash in. Otherwise good enough for a short stay.

Ponto positivo para transfer de van do hotel para o centro e para a praia e para nos buscar de volta a toda hora. Ótimo jantar almoço e café da manhã. Funcionários do bar super simpático, do restaurante e da van também, da recepção nem tanto.

Great resort with incredible staff. The location is a 10 minute walk to the main restaurant district. Pool was fantastic and breakfast was a nice bonus. I recomed this place for a family.

Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Frühstück ist ausreichend, lecker, viel Auswahl. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen, was wir eigentlich nicht gewusst haben . Das Zimmer war super bequem, umso schlimmer war es dann, als wir die Erfahrung machen mussten, was es bedeutet, ein Economy Zimmer zu buchen. Durch die Buchung für ein Familyevent müssten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Das neue Zimmer ist Niemand zu empfehlen. Wir hatten über 28 Grad Celsius im Zimmer. Das Klimagerät hat leider das Zimmer nicht abkühlen können. Lüften war Fehlanzeige. Die Zimmertür steht nicht nur direkt gegenüber von der Straßenlaterne sondern man sieht von außen direkt ins Bett rein. Der Hotelstrand fanden wir absolut nicht schön. Es war sehr heiß und es gab nur eine Dusche mit Münzen. besonders sauber war es auch nicht und dafür 20€ zu zahlen, wenn in der Nähe wirklich schöne Strände für weniger Geld gibt, wieder mal enttäuschend. Dann das Taxi zum Zentrum, 25€! Für diese Strecke echt unverschämt.
