"The customer service was subpar. As a guest, you had to do the work of the facility. We requested clean towels and Raj, front desk staff member, made you bring the dirty towels down. I asked him if someone could come get them, he said no. The room had mildew appearing areas in the bathroom. I would not recommend staying here. "

"They scammed me out of my money and refused to refund me after I kindly asked for it back because I booked a non smoking room and the room smelled heavy and pungent like smoke. There was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket on my bed and there was a burned incense stick on the top of the door sill as if it was used by the staff to mask the cigarette smell. I went there to take my babies swimming and the website says the pool is open but when we went to go go swim, the front desk told us it was permanently closed until May."
