"The area is nice. Its a village outside Dubrovnik about 35 minutes away by bus from the Old City. Its close to the beach. There's 1 grocery store and 1 restaurant that only serve during supper and needed advance reservation . The caretaker does not speak English at all. You need a goggle translator. The towels were crunchy Bring soap and conditioner as its not provided. It would be nice for the host to give some overview of the area . We felt that they don't care at all every time we ask them....

"The hotel was lovely overall and the room was nice and big but there was something about it we didn’t thoroughly enjoy, the outside space and the swimming pools felt crowded somehow although we always found space to sunbathe no matter the time of day. The restaurants were ok but not amazing and the breakfast we felt was lucking variety."

"We arrived late and soaking wet due to weather and transport issues. Our host kept in communication and stayed back to meet us and provided extra towels and a warm welcome. Location was opposite the bus station which made arrival and departure easy. Local bus was a 20 minute ride to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets close by."

"We loved this hotel! First, everyone were very-very friendly, helpful starting from front desk people to waiters. Very nice restaurants. Beautiful! Beautiful, newly renovated villa. Amazing room, pretty nice size oc the room, very comfortable bed, amazing pillows. Refrigerator in the room, slippers, rob and beach towels are provided. 10min walk to the beautiful beach. 2min walk from the bus stop. 10- 15min bus ride to Old city. Very close to the port also, 10min bus ride. Absolutely amazing...

"The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again."

"It took us a bit to find this place. Be prepared to walk 4 minutes with your luggages and then up some cobblestone flights of stairs. The location has an elevator, but you have to go up a flight to get to it, and our room is another flight of stairs after the elevator. Mattia at reception was very helpful and friendly. "Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. "We really enjoyed our stay and we are so glad we selected this hotel. We had a corner room with balcony with amazing views of the beach. Lovely and secluded and a nice spot to have a drink in the evening. Our room was really clean and the staff were friendly.
