"It was over all dirty. I was there 3 day. The fitness room was filthy and never clean when i was there. The same tradh on the floor wax never swept up. The floors were stained and looked awful. I had to request my room to be clean and when they did it wasn't very good. The breakfast food was bad however the weekend worker did her best. For $400 for a 3 night stay it was very disappointing. "

"Breakfast menu was great. Staff was very friendly. However, our room was not very clean. The bathroom walls were grimy, floors felt dirty, sticky. The surface of the sink was cracked all over. It's an older hotel. It has been spruced up, but could use a bit more work. "

"When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait 20 min before they came back and we could check into our room. We were in town for an event so we left shortly after checking by in and came back by 8. We took our kids to the pool and as we were walking in there was a group of kids running out. They warned us that there were adults just outside the pool windows who were smoking and saying scary things to them so they were scared. There was a group of 5 young adults who came...

"The room was dirty."

"The bathroom shower grout has a lot of black mold. The shower also sprays everywhere and floods the bathroom if you aren’t super careful. It’s clearly been a problem because the door frame next to the shower is completely falling apart. Everything was about the stay was okay, it all seemed cleaned. Definitely looked like the rooms needed to be upgraded soon, but everything was still in fine condition. "

"Everything was so clean and it smells so wonderful when you walk through the door. The breakfast was outstanding as well, very well maintained in delicious food."

"The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport."

"This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!"

"Missing pillows. Missing light bulb. Understaffed. The room seemed clean. The one employee there was super friendly and helpful. He got me pillows. The poor guy was there when I arrived at 11pm and still there when I left at 7am. The hotel was totally sold out so that was probably the reason for the issues. The room cost less than $100 for the night so all in all it really wasn’t bad to be honest. "

"It was conveniently located. Only about 10 minutes from legacy arena. Perfect for a one night stay. My only complaint was the black out curtains didn’t close all the way. Only the sheer white ones did. Thankfully we were on the 4th floor or it would’ve been a bigger issue. And really it was only a slight inconvenience because of the lights shining in. "
